| I have forgotten my password, how do I get it back?

page here and enter the email address you registered with.
You will then be emailed a new password. If you do not receive a new
password by email, it is possible that you entered your email address
incorrectly during the registration process. You can confirm this by
looking for our welcome email when you first registered with the site.
If you received this, then your email address is correct. Otherwise, it
may have been incorrectly entered. If you think this to be the case,
please contact us providing details of the
name and email address you registered with and we will correct it for
you.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Yes, most products can be gift wrapped with the exception of
large and awkwardly shaped items. Gift wrapping options can be chosen
in the product information page, below the product description or in
your shopping cart. If no gift wrapping option is displayed for a
particular item, please contact us and we will confirm if
wrapping is available or not. The gift wrapping charge depends
on the size of the item. If gift wrapping is chosen for a bundled
product, all items in the bundle will be wrapped individually and the
wrapping charge is calculated accordingly. We use neutral coloured gift
wrapping and affix a ribbon to the item. A gift card with your message
will also be attached.
Why do I need to register?
Registration is required to make re-ordering from our site
easier for you. You can then benefit from services like our permanent
shopping cart facility. All items which you add to your cart will be
remembered and will be there for you the next time you logon. Items
remain in your cart untill you check out or remove them.
Is your site secure?
Yes, our site uses 256-bit encryption meaning any
details you enter on our site are safe in transit. We do not store
credit card details.
Are my card details safe?
We do not store credit card details. They are
transmitted securely via 256 bit encryption to our bank for
authorisation.
Will you pass on my contact details, will I receive
spam by registering?
No! Here at LeBallonRouge.co.uk we sell quality children's
toys, not information. We use your details for processing your order
and for no other reason. If you opted to receive our newsletter during
the registration process or signed up to our mailing list, we will send
a newsletter to your registered email address around once per month on
average.
How do I
unsubscribe from your newsletter?
There are two ways - click on the unsubscribe link at the
bottom of each email we send, or unsubscribe
using this link.

On the payment information screen, there's a "Coupon Code"
field below the comments box. Pop your code in here!
Can I add a
comment to my order?
Sure thing! During checkout, you'll see a
comments box at the bottom of the shipping and payment
checkout pages. Pop your comment in here and we'll do with it
what's appropriate. If it's shipping instructions, we'll pass them on,
if you want to say nice things about us, we're all ears. If you want to
say bad things about us, well hey, that's how we improve, so bring
it!
Can I add a
message?
No problemo! Pop your message in the comments box at the
bottom of the shipping or payment checkout screens and we'll put them
on a nice little card and pop them in with the order. The only charge
for this is that you spam all your friends' facebook accounts telling
them how wonderful we are. Well, it was worth a try... message cards
are free :-)
