No Quibble Returns Policy
Should you change your mind in relation to a purchase, for
whatever reason, we are happy to accept returns notified to us within 7
days of receipt and as long as the following conditions are met:
- Returns are at the sender's cost
- We must be notified by email or by telephone that you
will be returning an item within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in saleable condition and in their
original packaging.
- We will refund the purchase in the currency it was paid
less postage (shipping).
In the
unlikely event that an item is defective, we will arrange a replacement
or refund as soon as possible. We must be notified of all returns in
advance.

Shipping to Northern Ireland
Free
for orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat rate of £5
applies. Delivery is by Royal Mail or DPD Couriers, depending on the total order
weight. Expected delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.* Customers in Northern Ireland must have the country specified as Ireland or Northern Ireland in order to avail of
the flat rate shipping charge.
Shipping to Mainland UK
Delivery cost is based on the total weight of your order. Total
shipping cost will be calcuated during checkout and before payment
details are requested. Delivery is by Royal Mail or DPD Couriers, depending on the total order
weight and orders are normally delivered within 2 to 3
working days. A valid daytime contact number for the delivery address is required for all orders. Failure to provide a valid contact number may result in your order being delayed or returned. If an order is returned we will refund your order less the postage cost (which will already have been incurred by us).
Shipping to Europe
Delivery cost is based on the total weight of your order. Total
shipping cost will be calcuated during checkout and before payment
details are requested. Orders are normally delivered within 3 to 4
working days
A valid daytime contact number for the delivery address is required for all international orders. Failure to provide a valid contact number may result in your order being delayed or returned. If an order is returned we will refund your order less the postage cost (which will already have been incurred by us).
Shipping to the Rest of the World
Delivery cost is based on the total weight of your order. Total
shipping cost will be calcuated during checkout and before payment
details are requested. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Any
customs or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
